We contacted Ron by email and followed up with a phone call to clarify the details of what we were looking for. Ron was incredibly helpful and efficient!  We could not be more impressed with the professionalism and friendliness that was shown to us and are so excited with this purchase! Ron got us into the truck we wanted when nobody else could.  He was very professional, polite, and always told us what was going on and what he was trying to do.  It took a few hours, but he got us taken care of!  We will definitely recommend Ron and Peters to anyone looking for a new vehicle. 

Ron is an excellent salesman. He was personable and he seemed like a straight shooter. I told him what I wanted and how much I was willing to spend. He sold the car to me by allowing me to drive it home and show my family. My wife's initial response was not positive but after driving and talking, she came to like the car. Had he not offered to send me home with it, she would have just wrote it off as a car she wouldn't want me to have. Ron also personally delivered the car to me in Shreveport. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I hope to buy my wife's car from him in the very near future. I also recommend anyone shopping to shop there!!!

I chose Peters Chevrolet because they gave me the best price anywhere, and I shopped via the internet from Phoenix AZ to Atlanta GA!  I travelled from Corpus Christi, TX (about an 8 hour drive) to get my truck and was not disappointed.  Ron Luttrell had everything ready for me when I arrived, and I was in and out in less than an hour.  They are true professionals in every sense of the word. This is by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle.  I was a little disappointed that my new truck did not come with a spare tire, but other than that awesome transaction and incredible service.

First of all let me say I'm from Tyler and you just don't buy cars in Tyler, dealers here don't want to sell cars. I found the 06 ford explorer online, called and talked to Ron, he made me feel like he understood my top dollar and he did not try to push me over that limit, it took us a day or two back and forth ironing out the details of the new car and the trade in, he always told me what he was going to do and always did it,from start to finish. I work in Tyler and Ron had to wait on me to drive over and do all the paperwork and pick up the car but everyone stayed and did not make me feel like they were upset they had to stay. Looked at the car on Saturday at lunch and had things ready by 6:30 Saturday evening. Everything that was promised was handled promptly and done without any hassle at all.
