This was one of the easiest vehicle purhases I have ever made. No hassle! I came in with a number in my head as to what I would pay for the new vehicle and what I would take for trade-in and Brian came in $250 under the difference right off the bat. I usually spend hours and several trips getting to what I consider a fair deal. Brian was friendly and easy going. The same was true for the financial manager. No stress and no pressure.

After coming in and test driving a Wrangler Unlimited, I sat down with Brian to discuss my needs and wants, and mentioned to him I was struggling between getting a Wrangler for me, or a Grand Cherokee for my wife.  After a bit of discussion, he showed me a GC on his computer that had just arrived at their Used Car facility.  After some discussion with my wife we decided to give it a test drive, and after the test drive decided we wanted it!

So Brian worked very quickly with me to run the numbers and get the banks involved, and in less than 24 hours we drove off in our Certified Grand Cherokee w/ a lifetime warranty, all within budget and with a lower interest rate than expected!

He and Floyd worked with my bank to get me the best deal and made the whole process as smooth as anyone could ask for.

Todays experience with Brian Botkin here at Peters  was a blessing. Was a little leary at first of the big dealership. I figured there would be alot of fast talkers and pushers, but this was not so. Didn't like the way things were looking at first on my trade but it all worked out really great. I'm really please with the way it turned out today with my new car. So come see Brian and he will make it happen, but you have to give him a little bit of a hard time just because. haha 

On Saturday my wife and I went to a dealership in response to an invitation we had received in the mail on a liquidation sale. The invitation read 0% down, no payments for 90 days, hundreds of trucks and cars available, bad credit, no credit, no problem. We spent 7 hours at that dealership with them telling us that the truck we had picked out was ours. then just before they were ready to close for the day they came back aand told us they needed $10,000 down. They only had two trucks to choose from when we had arrived. They told us they could put us in the other truck for $0 down. We went back to the dealership on Monday only to spend another entire day getting the run around. They kept telling us that we would be driving our new truck home that day. yet again, an all day wait for nothing. I got on the internet and filled out  a short info page for Peters Chevrolet that night and Brian Botkin called me first thing the following morning. We went to Peters Chevrolet Tuesday morning at 11:30am and by 1:30pm we were in our new 2012 Chevrolet Silverado pickup. Everyone at Peters Chevrolet was friendly, helpful, and very pofessional. They will be getting all of my business from now on and I am definitely going to tell everyone I know that if they want to purchase a vehicle they need to go to Peters Chevrolet. We purchased our Tahoe from Brian in 2009, and because he was so helpful, we requested his assistance with our purchase of the Acadia this time.

I contacted him by email on Monday night after we went driving around looking at the vehicles in the lot.  I received a phone call from him first thing the next morning.  By 11:15, my wife had already come up and let him appraise both  vehicles on the trade in, and by that afternoon, he had an offer. 

Here we are the very next day signing papers and out the door in our new car.
