We had a bumpy start in this process with a different salesperson, but since Terry Ott and Raul Hernandez took over the sale... it has been amazing.  They got the vehicle we wanted, the color we wanted, with all of the details we wanted included.  They managed to get it in within just days of our request.  They called us daily to update us on the progress and apologized sincerely for the mis-understanding in the beginning.  My faith in Peters has been restored, and we have been so well taken care of that I'm sure we will be back for our next purchase.  Thank you so much!  Once again, I'm a big Peters fan =)
